Announcements & Upcoming Events
Christmas Miracles
Christmas Miracles donations are now being collected at the Church and Wednesday evenings 5-8 pm at the Lease Barn at 4426 Co Rd 115, Mt. Gilead through Nov 8th. Check for details about donations and volunteering at the reception area. Share the event with your friends on FaceBook!
Food Pantry Donations Needed
Don’t forget that the community food pantry needs canned goods and some other things. Donations can be given to Patty Lou Levering or Judy Bowers. Plus, we are starting to build up our own Share Table with goods that will be given out during Christmas Miracle. Just drop off your goods in the lobby.
Fall Ladies Bible Study
Thursdays at 7:00PM in room 208 (use back entrance - door 16). All ladies welcome! Last session is 10/22
FIRST RESPONDERS SUNDAY - Oct. 25!
Invitations went out and we hope dozens will come. There will be special features in the service and a luncheon of “Walking Tacos” to follow. For that, we could use lots of chips, hamburger, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, and desserts. Please plan on helping with that. It would help us if we knew you plan on providing some of these items.
A signup is on the Welcome Center.
The church page is becoming more active and helpful. Check it out. The entry for FRS is one you can mark that you plan to attend. Invite your friends!
Trunk or Treat
Sunday, 11/1, in the parking lot (weather permitting, otherwise indoors) from 1:00-2:00.
Sign up at Welcome Center if you plan on passing out candy. Join in!
