Sunday morning sermon given to the people of Gilead Friends Church by guest speaker Paul Johnson on October 18, 2015.
Paul Johnson, the son of a Friends pastor, has a passion to teach and preach the Word. He has been on staff at First Friends Church in Canton, OH for 22 years, serving in various capacities. He currently is leading the Senior Adult Ministry and the Pastoral Care/Visitation Ministry. He also teaches and leads Bible studies and preaches occasionally on Sunday mornings. Paul is involved in the local prison ministry at Stark County Jail where he leads a monthly Bible study and occasionally preaches during the Friday night chapel service. Paul is a graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Masters of Christian Ministries. He was recorded as a pastor by EFC-ER in 2012. Paul’s wife, Linda, is a daughter of Howard & Mary Evelyn Moore. They have three children and 2 grandchildren. | ||
